Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Autoconnectweb course seats confirmed by invoice. Informational prices on this website are not charges. Self-serve checkout is not offered on this site.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must be received in writing at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the cohort start date. Requests between thirteen and seven days before start may receive a partial refund of fifty percent (50%) of fees paid for unused seats. Within six days of start, seats are generally non-refundable except as noted under Exceptions.

Conditions for full or partial refund

• Full refund: timely written notice, seat unused, no materials distributed beyond the public syllabus.
• Partial refund: late notice within the window above, or team pack where unused seats remain after substitution is declined.

Non-refundable items

Completed live clinic sessions, private tabletop days already delivered, custom curriculum design fees, and third-party venue costs billed separately are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@autoconnectweb.digital with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to the invoiced entity. Currency conversion differences, if any, are borne by the payor’s bank.

Cancellation by Autoconnectweb

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.

Learner substitutions

You may substitute a colleague on the same invoice up to three (3) days before start at no charge, subject to prerequisites.

Exceptions

We may grant exceptions for documented medical emergencies or government-mandated travel restrictions that prevent attendance and remote participation. Decisions are made case by case.
